After you find the perfect community, it’s time to choose the ideal spot to build your future home. We’ll show you a variety of homesites that are available within the community you have selected, including flat, daylight or walkout, and you’ll have the opportunity to decide which location feels like home.

With over 40 floor plan options to choose from within our wide variety of offerings, you’ll easily be able to find the floor plan design that best fits your unique needs and personal style. 

Once all the big decisions are made, we will walk you through the Purchase Agreement to ensure that all of your questions are answered. As soon as you give us the green light, we’ll get started right away on building your new home.

You’ll work one-on-one with our interior design team as they walk you through all of the available options we have for your home finishes. You’ll make your selections on everything from cabinets to paint colors and everything in between to create the home of your dreams.

Throughout the process, our team will focus on handling all of the permit paperwork as it comes up—allowing you to focus solely on creating your home.

From excavation and the foundation to adding in the design features and finishes you selected, our team will work tirelessly to build the quality home you deserve. We will give you an estimated construction schedule and do our best to adhere to a timeline that works for you.

Part of our commitment to customer care is our detailed quality inspection walkthrough. During this time, we'll answer any questions you may have and give you information about your home's maintenance requirements and unique features so you will be fully prepared to move in when the finishing touches are complete.

Hubbell Homes invites all new homeowners to attend our exclusive Warranty Workshop at our corporate headquarters. You'll have the opportunity to meet our team members and learn about our warranty program as well as the craftsmanship that has gone into building your new home.

Once the finishing touches have been made and your home is exactly how you always imagined it would be, we’ll gladly hand over the keys so you can begin making the house a home.
