Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Tyler, our Online Sales Concierge extraordinaire! He makes sure that you have all the information you need about our communities and floor plans to make a decision faster and easier so that you can move into your new home sooner. Meet Tyler! 

Where are you from?

I was born in Norwalk, IA but grew up in the town of Carroll, about an hour and a half from Des Moines.

If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

Helpful. Knowledgeable. Consistent.

What's your relationship with Hubbell Homes?

I am the Online Sales Concierge, our customer's first point of contact for web inquiries and phone calls.

What do you love most about working here so far?

It’s fun to be part of a pivotal moment in people's lives and help make the home buying process as easy as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

The ability to help people with purchasing their new home.

What have you learned from your HH team members or prospective homeowners?

Where do I even start?  I’ve learned a lot in the last six months of working here. Learning all of the different little things that we do compared to other builders has seemed to help the most.

What inspires you and your work?

Seeing someone who reached out to me complete the process and purchase a home motivates me to keep going.

How do you spend your free time? What do you enjoy doing to relax?

Any chance I get to go golfing, I try to take! I enjoy watching Iowa State and Kansas City Chiefs games, spending time with family, and attempting to keep up with my two-year-old daughter.

What would someone be surprised to know about you? 

I'm a two-time high school state golf participant.

Tell us about someone you admire.

I definitely admire my Grandma. I never remember seeing her get upset or raise her voice to anyone. It’s definitely something that stuck with me and that I try to do myself!
