Whether you prefer a private, in-person tour or a virtual appointment with a team member, or even if you’d rather explore at your own pace from the comfort of your couch, we have a variety of options available to fit your needs.

New Home Tour Options

YouTube Videos: Your new home is just a click away. With fun and informative videos available on our YouTube page, you can cozy up on the couch and browse our homes at your leisure. We’re sharing updates from one of our newest downtown Des Moines communities, Gray’s Station, featuring floor plan and model tours, plus community progress updates. A great way to stay in the know on this incredible downtown option.

Our in-house designer Stacey also offers helpful ideas, tips, and inspiration straight from our design center to help you plan and design your new Hubbell home in the most fitting (and stylish) way possible!

Virtual Appointment: Our team is ready to tour with you from wherever you are! If visiting one of our homes in person is not your preferred method of touring, we completely understand. Contact us to set up a day and time that works for you, and we’ll walk you through one of our homes or models via video call. Here is a fantastic example of how this works if you’d like to see it in action before scheduling your visit.

In-Person Tour: Have you been eyeing a specific floor plan or model in one of our communities? Great! You can schedule a private tour with one of our team members that adhere to all current guidelines to keep you and our team safe and comfortable. Everything will be sanitized regularly, and we ask that you wear a mask and maintain social distancing. Nothing beats seeing your potential new home up close and personal, so it is important to us to make this method of touring a safe option for you and your family!
